The case for open sourcing

It was just all scratched up from cats and kinda sad and frumpy looking..I was so excited about some of the affordable options I found in some really great pretty fabrics that I could get to replace this one.I really wasn’t into spending $400 on a slipcover for an 8 year old sofa that we may just decide to replace any day now anyway.. That just didn’t quite work out.

I had to give it up after a couple of weeks because it was just looking terrible. If you ask Chris about that time in our life he’ll tell you it was “The worst two weeks of my life.” That may be a little dramatic, but it still wasn’t working for us..

The case for open sourcing

Somehow the fact that a new, crisp white slipcover from Ikea is only $100 had escaped me during all this time.

I was under the impression that it was going to be hundreds of dollars.. Silly rabbit!.Courtenay Hartford.

Mash the banana in your mug..Mix in the egg, cocoa powder, cinnamon, apple sauce, and honey.. Microwave for 4.5 minutes..

Apple sauce can be replaced with pure pumpkin puree, greek yogurt, peanut butter, or almond milk if you prefer.. Add in some dark chocolate chips if you need the extra boost of sweetness that day!.Use ground chia seeds instead of eggs if necessary.
