Sustainable thinking with a Design to Value approach

It seems that Chuck is a little bit of a manly man too, because the idea of doggy cologne just scares him.. I’ve tried a few different things here and there to try and freshen things up, and nothing really seems to do the job quite right.

And they were not.Not even close.. One of the problems was that they had pre-decided on a very specific format, size, and dimension for these photos and it was just not within the realm of possibility for me to make cleaning photos work within those, mostly.

It’s kind of hard to take a really nice, book-worthy photo of something in need of cleaning, really, and sometimes the way that I make my blog photos work is by changing the shape or angle of a photo.Or I just use the ugly photo anyway but it works because it still provides you with the info you need. But that won’t work for a book of course!.

And then the other problem was that I’m not a mind reader. There were a few photos that I thought actually turned out really nicely and would be really fun additions to the book, but the publishers really didn’t think they showed what needed to be shown for those particular parts of the book.

I still maintain that those were perfect photos for the book because I’m just a fun person like that, and it really is kind of a fun book, but that’s just water under the bridge now!.

I let them know that those dimensions and particularly restrictive plans for the photos just weren’t going to make sense, and that I wasn’t happy with the photos either, so then I spent an entire weekend re-shooting a huuuuge amount of new photos to show them exactly what I thought would really work nicely and to show them what they were missing out on by not letting me just shoot the whole book with my own vision. It might be awhile before you can do that again!

For tools, all you’ll really need is something to get rid of dust, like a feather duster or a vacuum, a good all-purpose bathroom cleaner, a toilet bowl cleaner, a stack of nice soft cloths and a scrub brush with stiff bristles.. Clean On Top!.Start out by cleaning the tops of things that are normally out of sight and out of mind.

Things like the tops of doorways, window frames, window coverings, the shower curtain rod, light fixtures, and medicine cabinets.I like to use a nice feather duster to collect everything or even the soft brush attachment on a vacuum cleaner if things are really bad!
