The Forge: new frontiers in whole life carbon reduction
There’s only one problem though, and it’s driving me crazy.
I have to admit that every year when I open up the Halloween bins, I always feel like there’s not quite enough “stuff”.Not enough faux pumpkins for me to use until the real ones are ready, not enough garlands, not enough spooky-but-not-tacky decor.
Last year, I really cleaned out my bins and tried to leave mostly only things that I love. This year, there wasn’t much left!Of course, when I’m in the stores, I’m finding myself drawn to only the most expensive Halloween decorations this year, and that’s just not happening with a new baby on the way and a nursery to work on!
I decided to take it as a challenge and see what I could do with what I had on hand already, and some basic seasonal things, and then make a list and go back to the stores to catch the after Halloween clearance sales a little later on.🙂 Next year will be great!.
So let’s get to it!
Let me show you around!.I thought not.. Here’s what I have going on for this year!.
All kinds of complicated ideas were floating around in my head for my Fantel this year. What really happened is that one day the weather was perfectly Fall-ish, I had a little bit of free time, and I wanted Fall in the livingroom.
now.. Progress needed to be made right then and there and now dilly-dallying of any sort would be permitted..I started playing around with things I had on hand, and what do you know?
